Abstract:

Collaborative partnerships will provide the foundation for advancing and applying research knowledge that addresses priority regional issues. Collaborative research partnerships involve teams of researchers and community and industry partners working together over the medium to long term. This approach is mutually beneficial, enhances capacity, and leverages additional resources to contribute to better local outcomes and internationally significant applied research.
