Institutional linkage diagram

The purpose of the institutional linkage diagram (or Venn/Chapati Diagram) is to illustrate the extent to which individuals, organisations, projects or services interact with each other and the relative importance (i.e., power dynamics) of each to the issue being evaluated. From an M&E perspective, this method can be used to monitor the quality of relationships and how these relationships are changing and to identify problem areas where corrective action is needed.
