ActionAid is an international anti-poverty agency whose aim is to fight poverty worldwide. Center for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) Innovation Funds. The Innovation Fund was set up by CEPA's predecessor PIMU with the intention of supporting 'out of the box' thinking in understanding poverty and its impacts. CEPA took over funding and management of the Clients' Fund (as it was then known) in 2001. The Innovation Fund provides a space for CEPA to move out of its core research based programmes and services, and to work with a cross-section of stakeholders in selecting, supporting and monitoring initiatives that take an alternative or innovative approach to poverty analysis and reduction.
