Partnership
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 10:24 — Cristina Sette
Partnership is a central feature of contemporary strategies in agricultural research for development. However, partnering is often experienced as time-consuming, frustrating, and less productive than expected. To improve the effectiveness of partnerships in research for development, researchers from the International Potato Center (CIP) reviewed publications, evaluations, and reports dealing with partnerships, consortia, alliances, and similar multi-organizational relations. The result is Horton, D, G. Prain, and G. Thiele. 2009. Perspectives on Partnership: A Literature Review. International Potato Center (CIP), Lima, Peru. Social Sciences Working Paper No. 2009-3 (www.cipotato.org/pressroom/press_releases_detail.asp?cod=79). ILAC Brief No. 25 is based on this review. This section includes the references publications, evaluations, and reports reviewed in the CIP Working Paper plus others which have been published or located after the review.
The list of references below was compiled with the support of several professionals worldwide. Links to references' abstracts and PDFs are still under development.
