For any medical problems, the hotel has a doctor who is available on call and can be paid directly by the client. Please contact Jacqueline for any other medical issue.
Security
Like many other cities in the world, Nairobi has its own share of personal security problems and you are advised to take the necessary precautions to avoid being the victim of crime:
- Incase you wish to leave the hotel, leave your valuables at the hotel (Reception) and only carry small amounts of money
- Ignore strangers accosting you outside the hotel or in the streets
- Be careful when using credit cards
Only use recognized taxi services (This can be arranged from the hotel reception)
Don’t walk alone at night in the city centre and in some areas of Nairobi
Do not offer resistance in case of armed mugging
